Who receives data

Google, for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and for email (Google Workspace).

How long it is kept

Google Analytics 4 keeps event data for 2 months.

Emails are kept as long as needed to answer you and for any follow-up. If no ongoing relationship results, they are deleted within 12 months.

Transfers outside the European Union

Google and Cloudflare are companies based in the United States, so personal data may be processed there. The European Commission decided on 10 July 2023 that personal data can flow from the European Union to companies in the United States that take part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google LLC states that it is certified under this framework, and Cloudflare states that it relies on its certification under it.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your personal data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. To do so, write to privacy@biiomics.com.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority. In Portugal, this is the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
